Bertie Higgins主唱的同名电影【Casablanca】（『北非谍影』）插曲，《Casablanca》为82年经典抒情曲，在泛太平洋区域成为了年度最佳歌曲，并让他一跃成为国际上的巨星。
Bertie Higgins于1944年12月8日出生于佛罗里达州，Bertie身为职业音乐家，坚实的音乐基础使他在60年代早期的单独演唱能够脱颖而出，一鸣惊人。经过七十年代的酝酿，1982年他的首次演唱《Just Another Day in Paradise》使他声名鹊起。
Bertie Higgins是位多才多艺的艺人，除了身兼歌手及音乐创作外，他也是一位演员、小说家及电影编剧。

这首歌和这部电影一点关系也没有。《北非碟影》拍于1942年，而Bertie Higgins 1944年才出生，难道Bertie Higgins可以为一部他出生前就已经公映的电影唱插曲？电影中真正出名的歌是Dooley Wilson 的As Time Goes By。
