Sacchan is a children's folk song written in 1959 by Oonaka Megumi and Sakata Hiroo. Yano Akiko covered it on her 1979 album, Tokyo wa Yoru no 7ji. I think that the version she recorded for that album is especially moving:

Here is my English translation:
Sacchan's actually really named Sachiko
but ever since she was really little she's called her self 'Sacchan'
Sacchan's weird, right?
you know, Sacchan really loves bananas,
but ever since she was little, she couldn't eat more that half a banana
I feel bad for Sacchan
They say Sacchan's moving far away
is it really true?
since we're so little she'll probably forget me
how lonely, Sacchan
